Still Feeling Lonely?

Quarantine is over and you still feel lonely?

Surprisingly it has been somewhat of an adjustment for many people. Even if we are not wearing our mask, you may still feel inhibited. Maybe it's been so long that you forgotten how to socialize, how to talk to other people. Have you been hesitating to invite friends over?


It might be time to talk to a therapist if any of this resonates with you. Loneliness can cause depression and anxiety. Perhaps you've internalized certain ideas about the world that are bothering you. Maybe you just need encouragement to reach out. Dont suffer with this. I can help with any of these things, so don't hesitate to call and get the help you need.
