Midlife Crisis and Beyond for Women

At this time, you probably know yourself very well. You know what you like, what you want. You know your qualities and faults very well. You have played different roles in life, and have learned ways of dealing with things. In spite of this, you may feel dissatisfied with those roles and less able to cope with the challenges of life. You may feel worn out, or just want to run away. You may feel like its too late to change it all.

Due to the fact that we are living far longer, it's really not too late to challenge your thoughts and improve your reactions to things. Rather than wait for retirement, which is probably not happening for many of us, you may be starting a new career and figuring out how to keep going. Midlife is a very important stage of life that has tremendous value. You are still a VALUABLE person with great potential, and there are mountins yet to climb that lead to success and wisdom.
